2016-0558, Appeal of Nashua School District

The PELRB ruling had found the school district had committed an unfair labor practice by refusing to bargain with the local chaper of AFSCME, the custodian/janitorial union. The filing of the complaint was in response to the school district's plan to subcontract custodial work at the expiration of the contract in 2016.
