Beginning with the upcoming 2018-2019 school year, the Nashua School District will begin utilizing a new screening tool for incoming kindergartners.

This screening tool enables the teacher to learn more about the learning profile of your child, including basic skills, literacy, socialization, speech and behavior. At the screening, parents will be given an outline of the procedures and will also be given a questionnaire. Information from both the screening and the completed questionnaire will help teachers determine student placement and identify the most advantageous instructional supports for each kindergartner.
